BEDROOMS All bedrooms are designed to be facing the water, so that after a peaceful night’s sleep you can wake to the morning light over the bay harbor. Our master bedroom has a queen sized bed and is located on the second floor across from guest/child’s bedroom which has two twin beds. Both have access to the upstairs balcony and overlook the water. An additional queen guest bedroom is located on the lower level and has access to the main balcony. All bedrooms have blackout blinds BALCONIES AND LIVING SPACE Our comfortable living area is located on the main floor, with ample seating for family and friends. Step outside onto the spacious main floor balcony where you can enjoy the bay breezes and watch the boats pass by. Climb the spiral staircase to enjoy a second balcony off the master bedroom and kids room. KITCHEN AND DINING Start your day with freshly squeezed Florida orange juice and end your day with a gourmet meal prepared in our chef’s kitchen. It’s a food lover's paradise, with a deluxe kitchen and all new dinnerware and cooking appliances. Reverse osmosis water filtration system for worry free hydration. BATHROOMS With a full bathroom each on the main and upper floors, everyone will feel pampered. All you will need is a toothbrush, as every detail has been attended to, from the fresh towels to spa-like toiletries. COMMON AREAS Our common area is set up so that you can pass the time peacefully. Our community is small and friendly, with a total of only 6 units, providing a peaceful escape after a day at the beach. The backyard/waterfront area is set up with picnic tables, lounge & pub chairs, swings & a gas grill for you to use. We also have cornhole boards, a ping pong table & ring toss. There’s a comfy lounge area with couches and a flat screen TV to enjoy an outdoor movie or TV night. GUEST ACCESS Smart lock access code will be provided prior your stay. Our house is your house for your stay! Neighborhood highlights: Our condo is ideally situated in Treasure Island, which is a perfect mix of charm and sophistication, with dozens of dining options and a gourmet supermarket within walking distance, and John's Pass only a mile away. The beauty of Treasure Island is that you have the beautiful white sand beach, but with only small boutique hotels so it has an authentic feel. The atmosphere is relaxed and picturesque, with our condo overlooking the sparkling intercoastal waterway, and beach access directly across the street. Also to note, there is no open container law in Treasure Island, just no glass on the beach! Getting around: The neighborhood is extremely easy to navigate, with many attractions within walking distance. There is also the free Sun Coast trolley that stops right in front of the condo and runs frequently. If you are looking to get someplace quickly, Ubers are quickly available and range between $4-$10 for almost anyplace you would like to go. “Free beach rides”will pick you up at the house and take you anywhere you want to go from Madeira Beach, Treasure Island, St Pete Beach to Pass-A-Grille Beach…for free! (Tipping the driver is recommended) TIP: You can get an Uber from Tampa International Airport for only about $25! (Taxis are otherwise almost double in price)
